Remedy of Cohesive Crack Model through Size Effect Tests

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to show that if the bilinear law stress separation law of cohesive crack model is identified from specimens of single size, the results become nonunique. To avoid the problem, remedy by size effect tests is presented.
