Completed in 2016, this four-story research facility includes a conventional reinforced concrete wing, and an office / laboratory wing and connecting atrium space built of innovative glulam post and beam.

This project represents currently the largest wood-concrete composite applications and also the first attempt in Korea to set a new standard of quality and performance in usage of mass timber for public structures.
